We are thrilled to share with you some exciting news that will positively impact your clients and help expand their buying power in the coming year.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has recently announced the new conforming loan limits for 2025. This increase in loan limits aims to facilitate homeownership and provide more options for potential homebuyers like never before.
Starting in 2025, the new baseline conforming loan limit set by the FHFA is $806,500. Compared to last year's baseline amount of $766,550, this represents a significant hike of $39,950.
